Egg Pasta (Pasta all'Uovo): Learn how to make homemade egg pasta from scratch, using a simple yet delicious combination of flour and eggs.

Pici Pasta: Discover the traditional Tuscan pasta, Pici, and learn how to make this thick, hand-rolled pasta by hand.

Ravioli Filling: Learn how to make a simple yet tasty ravioli filling with ricotta and spinach for a flavorful homemade dish.

Participants are required to source their own ingredients.

In this 120-minute class, you’ll be guided by our expert chef to make a variety of traditional Tuscan pastas. From preparing egg pasta (Pasta all'Uovo) to hand-rolling the famous Pici, and making a delicious ravioli filling, you'll learn it all.

Throughout the class, you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, interact with the chef, and connect with fellow participants. By the end, you’ll have a plate of freshly made pasta and an understanding of the Italian pasta-making process!

Event Format:
The class begins with an introduction to the techniques and ingredients. Then, you'll follow along with the chef, step-by-step, to prepare each pasta type and filling. After completing the pasta, you'll be able to enjoy your creations or store them for later.
